The Norfolk Community College is an employment support project funded by the National Lottery Community Fund and the European Social Fund. Future Projects is one of four delivery partners in this project, providing the guided, long term support to those furthest from the Labour market, helping them to overcome barriers.

Our Employment Development Workers operate across Norfolk in response to need and will recruit and train a team of Trainee Support Workers to complement their activities and whilst developing experience in the support field in preparation for careers in the voluntary and community sector.

Norfolk Community College also provides one-to-one employment advice, training and specialist support, and an employer broker service to help people into meaningful and sustained employment.
